it stoped working after i updated to 10.8.2 ….

I have a 27in Imac 2009 model and I have 16GB of ram but this application uses TOO much CPU on my computer and as a result slows my computer down.

Ive been searching for something that would do this on later OSX versions. I had a workaround for my earlier Mac, but no dice for some time. Lets cut to the chase: this is everything Ive been looking for EXCEPT that the program doesnt seem to loop my videos when used. The few included stock wallpapers are great, but I bought this anticipating that my video choices would loop. Seems like a no-brainer. Something Im missing?

I dont often write reviews but I had to throw in my two cents worth….this is a great app. Easy to use, doesnt slow down my computer, and it looks incredible. I even put a few clips of my favorite teams and movies in a folder to link and the app works flawlessly. I sincerely believe that this is the best wallpaper app in the AppStore. For $2, it is a steal!

Wonderful Job except for the fact that it doesnt work on more than one monitor.

I like this app, and it works as advertised. However, I downloaded the app to display my webcam on the desktop. I have two webcams, but cant select between them. Videowall only displays the default built-in FaceTime cam on my iMac, but I really want it to display my FireWire attached iSight camera (which I can point in any direction). I have asked the Dev to make webcams selectable, and the app will be perfect when he does.

WORKS FLAWLESS AND STEADY WITHOUT SLOWING ANYTHING DOWN. I WOULD LOVE A MULTI-MONITOR VERSION AND THE INTEGRATION IN THE SCREEN SAVER / DESKTOP PICTURE PREFERENCES COULD BE IMPROVED. OTHERWISE AAA+

As someone who loves music, I am really happy that I can have my album artwork collection on my desktop. Plus there are a wide variety of other desktops if I ever wanted to switch. However, I would REALLY love if there was support for multiple displays. Currently, only one of my monitors displays the album arts, while the other is just a grey background with the app logo. If this gets fixed, I will give the app 5 stars!

I bought this app a long time ago because I siply love it! It makes my desktop look so AMAZING; however, the videos are getting kinda of old. We need an update with new updates… This app is amazing! Still giving it 5 stars

When I updated to OS X Yosemite, it prevented part of VideoWall from working :( Please fix this!

If only there were a way to cycle through your movies (instead of always just having ONE on a loop) it would enhance this program tremendously.

So many great reviews I was excited hated how there is no way to modulate size from the app so the ugly space of nothing really was a shame on top had almost an inch o fdead screen I tried to pack in icons that looked wrong also on the bottom I gave up and killed it

Doesn’t appear to work with the latest OS. I just get the spinning wheel of nowheresville. Addendum: After a restart it seems to be working. It did crash when I tried to use a 3rd party screensaver as a background and it really didn’t like that, but I can’t really fault the app for that. Overall, it does exactly what it says, but it IS a bit of a memory hog, not liking me doing much Adobe work. My iMac is getting a bit long in the tooth, though.

I love this App. Makes my desktop look fantastic! I wish this was available for windows too.

Originally I wasted $4.99 on Mach Desktop 4k, because it said I could play my own videos. I could, but it would only play small videos in the corner of my screen. This VideoWall HD expands/stretches the video to fill the screen which is exactly what I was looking for. :) It’s a GREAT app, and I actually really love some of the built in visuals. It’s slick with a nice IU. I would was going to give it 4 stars because it could not play WebM, but as it plays MP4, I’m actually really happy with how flexible this app is. Good price too.
